EKIS2/EKISS
EKIS2/EKISS is an 8 or 16 week STEM program with a Social and Emotional Learning emphasis. Each class is approximately 1 to 1.5 hrs. Our objective is to immerse students in an environment that educates youth on the importance of self-awareness, equips youth with tools to increase self-efficacy, and exposes youth participants to concepts in STEM/STEAM through project based, hands-on inquiry. All students will participate in reinforcement activities to enhance and promote learning skills, knowledge in STEM, and conclude with a final project. The curriculum meets national and state educational standards for science (K-8).

Our Mission is to EDUCATE youth on the importance of self-awareness and self-respect, EQUIP youth with better decision making skills, and EXPOSE youth to hands on, project based STEM/STEAM activities.
